Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, vx8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any bonuses earned. If a minor opens an account using false information, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned — however, no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

Vx8 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT (crypto). There are no additional charges for depositing, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unidentified sources are not accepted. Any such transactions will be refunded and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. If any form of manipulation or Bonus Abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.

• Bonus funds are visible in your account balance but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The wagering completion period is generally between 7 and 30 days.
• Some games contribute 100% toward bonus wagering requirements, while others contribute less.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit.
• In any dispute regarding bonuses, vx8's decision is final.

All bets placed on vx8 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed — unless there is a technical error or the event is cancelled. For Sports Betting, official results from the relevant sporting body are used to determine outcomes.

If an event is officially cancelled or concludes before the scheduled time, affected bets will be voided or settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. vx8 reserves the right to void any bet placed during live betting where an error has occurred due to a data feed delay.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on vx8. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Providing false information or abusing bonuses to claim rewards.
• Processing transactions through a third-party account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Misconduct or threats directed at the support team.

Vx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these terms. Any legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in a permanently closed account will be refunded.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that any pending bets or bonuses will not be settled prior to account closure.
